• Face Data: The app may detect faces in images to enable specific features. We do not store or share face data; it is temporarily processed in your device's memory and deleted once the app is closed.
• App Usage Data: We do not collect or track any app usage or analytics data.

2. Data Storage and Security

Pixels AI does not store or upload user photos or face data. All data processing happens locally on your device. Once the app is closed, all data is automatically deleted, eliminating any risk of data leakage.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your photos or face data with any third parties. Pixels AI does not rely on cloud computing; all AI processing is performed locally on your device.

4. Subscription Services

Pixels AI offers a VIP subscription service managed entirely through the Apple App Store. The subscription grants users access to all AI-powered image enhancement features, including face swapping, face enhancement, and old photo restoration.

Subscription Details:

• Title: Vip Month Card
• Subscription Period: One calendar month (auto-renewable)
• Price: Please refer to the App Store for the latest pricing.
• Features: Unlocks all AI functions.
• Billing: Payment is processed through your Apple ID, and subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• Management: You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal via "Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions" on your device.

5. Third-Party Services

Pixels AI may use your device's internal downloader to retrieve AI model files required for processing. These files are used exclusively for local processing and do not involve any user data transmission.

6. User Rights

• Access and Data Deletion: Since Pixels AI does not store your data, users do not need to request data deletion.
• Permission Management: You can manage Pixels AI's access to your photos at any time by going to “Settings -> Privacy -> Photos” on your device. Disabling access may affect certain functionalities.
